Chateau Clubroom Policies
A minimum of 7 days to make reservation is encouraged as it is on a first come, first served basis.
Reservations can be made using the homeowner portal (see following instructions):
1. Visit www.camcolumbia.com
2. In the top right, you’ll click on the “Homeowner Portal Link” button.
3. If you do not already have an account, you will need to set one up using your unique account number. This number should be obtained through CAM.
4. Once in the portal, click on the “Amenity Reservations” tab.
- In the Amenity Reservation tab you can view the clubroom availability at the bottom of the page, as well as the reservations terms and conditions. You may start a reservation request by clicking on “Request a Reservation”. Here you will select your requested date and times, you will agree to the terms and conditions and include any notes that might be helpful for management in reviewing your request.
- Requests will be approved on a first come, first served basis, so we encourage you not to send out event invitations until you have received an email confirming approval of your reservation. CAM will approve reservation requests on a daily basis during business hours (M-F 9 am-5 pm). Requests made during evenings, weekends or holidays will be reviewed/approved on the following business day.
A time will be arranged with a board member to get the key before the event. A quick walk-through of the clubhouse should be done at that time by the condo owner and the key-giver to inspect the condition of the clubhouse.
Clubhouse usage is limited to Condo Association members in good standing.
A refundable cleaning/damage deposit of $100 is required for events scheduled at the Clubhouse. This deposit is to be made by providing a Check or Money Order. It won’t be deposited unless there is property damage or clubhouse is left unclean.
Additional cleaning/property damage deposit will be charged for damaged property or cleaning needed greater than the initial $100 deposit. It is refundable after an inspection is completed after the reservation to confirm that it was left clean.
Nails, tacks or anything that could leave permanent damage or marks are not allowed.
Dishes may be used (and the dishwasher works)!
The Condo Association will not assume any responsibility for injury or accidents due to the activities conducted in the clubhouse, or injury or accidents caused by materials provided for the event, or unnecessary actions conducted by persons invited to the event.
The Clubhouse is a smoke-free space inside. Smoking is allowed outside, in the courtyard.
