Chateau Condominiums 2024 Pool/Patio Rules

The pool opens Memorial Day weekend and remains open through Labor Day weekend.  Weather permitting, the pool may remain open longer.  

The pool may be closed without notice in case of inclement weather, health or maintenance needs.

Those in the pool area outside of this time, pool hours, or during other posted closing times may be arrested for Trespassing. A letter of enforcement has been issued to the police department allowing them to make arrests for after-hours swimming.

Users must be a resident or guest of those living at Chateau. Owners who do not reside on the property are not eligible to use the pool without being accompanied by a resident. Guests will be limited to no more than 4 per condominium unit at any one time. Guests must be accompanied by a resident at all times unless a written waiver has been obtained through the Board.



POOL RULES
  • Pool Hours 9:00AM-8:00PM
  • No lifeguard on duty, use pool at your own risk. Children 13 years or younger, including all non-swimmers, must be accompanied by an adult. Children should be supervised and not allowed to disturb others.
  • All persons using the pool area agree to hold the Association/Management harmless and free of any liability for damages/injuries sustained. A resident further assumes responsibility for all costs for any damage to the pool area caused either personally or by his/her guests.
  • No smoking/vaping is permitted in the pool area.
  • No alcoholic beverages allowed inside the pool area.
  • No food allowed in the pool area. There are tables on the patio and trash cans for cleanup.
  • Plastic and metal drink containers can be used and must have a secure lid.
  • No reserving chairs before you and your guests arrive. If you leave the pool for lunch or for an extended period remove your personal items.
  • Pool accessories (rafts, noodles, toys, etc.) can be brought in by the owner/guests and must be removed when leaving. Please use floating devices with respect of others.
  • Personal items left in the pool area will be disposed of at closing.
  • No diving, running or rough play permitted.
  • Rope float may only be removed during lap swimming. The City Code requires rope float to be in place.
  • If you are listening to music, podcasts, etc. be courteous to those around you and wear ear buds, or headphones.
  • All infants/toddlers must wear leak-proof swim diapers designed for swimming.
  • Swimmers and sunbathers must always wear proper attire.
  • Pool use is prohibited to any person with skin abrasions, inflamed eyes, infections, any injury requiring a bandage or any other communicable disease.
  • These rules are established to allow the residents, and guests, be able to safely enjoy time spent at our pool. Violations of these rules can result in fines being charged.
  • Make sure the gate is closed and secured when entering or leaving the pool area.

Pool Patio:

  • No grilling on the patio
  • No glassware or breakable dishes
  • Dispose of all liquid, food items and trash when you leave the patio.
